The issue happens due to mismatch between the microphone configured in Chrome vs in Windows settings. Check the Troubleshooting Guide at https://help.dictanote.co/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-guide. Specifically, the Microphone Check section. Ensure that your system default is set to Pixel Buds.
Then go to the Voice In Options page to check which microphone is being used. Ensure it is also set to the Pixel Buds.
