Even though I selected that square filter should be off every time I say something like **** it censored (fu*k) anyone has this problem and can help me with this because this was mainly why I also bought this or I’m thinking of buying the full version lifetime but the swear words won’t disappear and I would look like a ******* (dumbass) in chats when I can swear, because the conversations we have are a lot of swearing involved
The issue you’re seeing is specific to Microsoft Edge. On Edge, censored words (e.g., fu*k) get fully masked as ****, whereas on Chrome they appear partially masked (e.g., f***).
Since the changes on chrome, I moved away from chrome. I’m not using it since. Their extensions are allowed to be pushed updates and I got infected by a translation extension and I’m not risking. Anything like that again? And so I mainly stick to firefox. They use a chromium browser 'cause I needed sometimes, but ms. edge because chrome has made me. Infected multiple times and I’ve had it with it so. I’m not a fan of chrome anyways since they disabled u block and all the good extensions though. isn’t there a way where you can fix there on on edge since both are chromium? As though if you add other words in the word list. for example, you can say lol and as command and add it so it says. f*ck instead of lol. I also figured out if you use. All stars for a word. Like command. **** then I can write the word. Fck. To write for example. Btch. I needed to add five stars to the command so it only recognize it by the stars it’s given and. Translate the stars into the word. so if it’s four stars it’s the four-star word I added as command. but if it’s five star then it’s five star word I added this command but. That won’t work since multiple swear words might be 4 words and I can only use one with four stars. I can’t use the first letter like you said so. Why is that only an edge problem? will that go away if I install the Crome version of the extension instead of the edge version since the chrome version works on edge?
