When a site or app accesses the microphone in Chrome, a green dot is shown in the notifications. There is also a double beep warning every few seconds, which interferes with dictation and distorts the sound.
I figured out how to disable this when it was still a Chrome flag but now that it is active I can’t figure out how to disable it. The app is unusable without this disabled and I won’t be renewing my subscription unless I can figure out how to fix this.
