For some reason it doesn’t recognize my microphone. My microphone works on all of my other voice to text apps. Do you have any suggestions on how to. Fix this situation?

Check the Troubleshooting Guide at https://help.dictanote.co/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-guide
Specifically, the Microphone Check section. If you have multiple microphones, please remove all except one and try again.
You can go to the Voice In Options page to check which microphone is being used.
