Hello, I use Voice In on Google Chrome. I am also an annual member. I use traditional Chinese and English. In the past few months, I found that after turning on Voice In, he could not hear my voice for about 10 seconds. But the red light is still on. The second problem is that I think his ability to confirm Traditional Chinese may not be better than Google, but I remember it was as good as Google before. Thank you. Check the Troubleshooting Guide at Troubleshooting Guide | Voice In Support
If you have multiple microphones, please remove all except one and try again.
You can go to the Voice In Options page to check which microphone is being used.

Voice In uses Google Chrome’s engine - so it should be same as Google.
The great thing is you can use Custom Voice Commands to enhance dictation accuracy. See Custom Voice Commands | Voice In Support
