Hi there I’m having issues using my MacBook with my airpods and the app the app works perfectly without them as soon as I put them in my ears the app stops working does anyone know why this is or a way to fix it?

I have noticed this occasionally. Disconnect your iPhone (if you have one) from AirPods. Then go to Voice In Options page and make sure it says Current Microphone: Airpods.
After this, try again.
