When I add the extension to Chrome the microphone does not remain on. It tells me to upgrade my subscription, but I already have a subscription. How can I solve this problem.

Please re-activate Voice In Plus in your browser by opening the Voice In Plus activation page http://dictanote.co/voicein/plus/activate/. That should fix the issue.
