I tried restarting my computer and it still didn’t work. Tips on how to troubleshoot? DIdn’t work in gmail, where it usually works or in a webpage (chat gpt) where it also usually works.

Specifically, the Microphone Check section. If you have multiple microphones, please remove all except one and try again.
You can go to the Voice In Options page to check which microphone is being used.
