Voice In won't work with Microsoft Edge on Mac

I installed the Microsoft Edge extension but it won’t work. I have given permission to for Voice in to use the microphone but it doesn’t seem to be connecting. and I am not operating in incognito. What am I missing?

Voice In works on Edge on all platforms on Intel/AMD CPUs.
From the logs, I see you are using the ARM-based M CPUs. The Microsoft Edge browser has a bug that causes voice typing to not work on Edge on ARM.

We have raised this with the Microsoft team. Unfortunately, we have not received any updates from them.

Voice In continues to work great on Chrome on Mac (ARM).

Same issue here, i have M2 Mac.

I am having the same issue. Any chance Microsoft Edge has provided any further information now?
