What happened to the awesome transcription? Terrible now!

I’ve been using this for several years as a paid subscriber to voice-in. I have loved it and never had an issue with it until this week. Now it’s impossible to use as it absolutely misses almost every other word. No change in mic, drivers, tech, pc, etc. Just the extension turned on, and it does a horrible job.

To prove my point, I will turn on mic now and read my above statement and leave it untouched to show you how bad it’s become:

“I’ve been using this for soborn years as they pay to driver to voicen i have love it and never had new she with the intol this week now some passwell will you said actually misses almost every other work no change in my drivers tack pc etsider turn only drop”

What has happened to this software? Legit, that is spoken straight into the mic and clearly I might add, and this is the result? Something is really wrong… any ideas? Thx Will

Hi Will,

I see from the logs that when dictating the above, you had the dictation language likely accidentally set to Spanish.

I see you managed to switch it back to English. It should work like before now :slight_smile:

It may be my fault along the way but I haven’t been in dashboard settings since I can recall. Not sure if an update reset the language but glad I checked.
